We know that there is a succession issue in the Microsoft partner ecosystem. A lot of company founders in the Microsoft ecosystem are in their fifties and sixties and are looking to put in successors into senior roles for them to take a step back. Sometimes it is better for an external coach to help a new general manager succeed that came from within the company. We provide coaching for general managers, practice managers and alliance managers. Many of our collaborators have been former general managers of Microsoft partners.

Sell side ownership transition preparation.
We help company owners prepare their company operationally for a possible future sale to either an industry buyer or private equity. Every company is different but there are some things that apply to all companies for a possible future sale.
